Dr Habib Gajam

Dr Habib Gajam is the Executive Secretary and Chief Information Officer at Zamfara Information and Communications Technology Development Agency (ZITDA), a state agency that promotes innovation, technology and digital economy development. With over 15 years of experience in public service, industry and academia, Gajam leads the strategic vision and direction of the agency to foster a vibrant digital ecosystem in the state. His core competencies include big data and business analytics, innovation management, egovernance, and marketing. He holds a PhD in Big Data and Innovation from Coventry University, where he conducted research on the impact of big data analytics capabilities on the Nigerian upstream oil and gas innovation value chain. He is also a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and has taught business analytics and marketing courses at Coventry University and the Global Banking School, Birmingham, respectively. Dr Gajam is passionate about applying his knowledge and skills to create value and impact through digital transformation and innovation.
