Dr Kenneth Okereafor is the author of the world’s first book on “Cybersecurity in the COVID-19 Pandemic”, recently launched in the UK. His book is ranked second in the European Parliament Library of selected Cybersecurity eBooks. He is a UNESCO-trained Cybersecurity expert, a globally-recognized cyber threat mitigation technologist and an ITU instructor who has led more than 64 digital transformation projects and developed over 200 ICT security policies across 8 countries. With a PhD in Cybersecurity from Azteca University Mexico and many security certifications, he has been protecting Nigeria’s Digital Health Infrastructure from cyberattacks as a Deputy Director of ICT at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) where he leads enterprise cybersecurity programmes since 2013, including the eNHIA automation project. Kenneth is well-grounded in the theory and practice of contemporary Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC) in industry, academia, and government.
