Mr. Ogungboye is a graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria (1993) with an M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria (1995) and an MBA from the Bradford University School of Management, UK in 2005.

A recipient of various awards within the ICT industry, a member of the Institute of Directors and a member of the prestigious Bridge Club his passion and commitment to contributing toward broadband penetration in Nigeria lead him to be the current 2nd Vice President of ATCON (Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria), and has kept his company as one of the most innovative Broadband Service Providers in Nigeria. He is an entrepreneur and business leader specializing in New Product Development, Strategic Operations & Sales Management and an ardent believer in best practices, as evidenced in e.Stream Networks receiving ISO9001:2015 certification under his stewardship.
