He has 20+ years of wealth of experience across functions that include network management and operations; network planning and implementation; system integration; project strategy & management etc.

Mr Gubbi is versatile in fibre networks and turnaround operations – with leadership capabilities that spread from people & resource management, customer relationship management, strategic thinking & decision making to business development, costing, and budgeting, financial modelling & analysis, revenue growth framework, risk forecasting as well as conflict management & resolution.

His rich career graph has seen him serve in various senior executive management roles at organizations in India, Cameroon, and Nigeria.

At Phase3, he is responsible for sustaining the company’s clear course vision and positioning as the foremost digital infrastructure and network of the future. Hence, his strategic, critical, hands-on role as chief technical officer – leading the entire engineering and IT division.
