Mr Yemi Oshodi, Managing Director, Information Connectivity Solutions Ltd

Yemi Oshodi is a finance and technology professional with over 30 years of high-level financial industry experience in risk arbitrage and risk management garnered at major global institutions in New York. He was previously the Managing Director of M&A / Special Situations at Vertical Group LLC, at WallachBeth Capital, LLC and at the Equity Division Tullett Prebon plc. Mr. Yemi Oshodi was a customer to most global financial institutions from JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, BNP Paribas, Nomura, Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank of Canada.

He received his Certificate in Financial Risk Management from New York University (’96), and graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University (’86). Mr. Oshodi holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55 and 63 licenses.
