Throughout her illustrious career, Radiya has held pivotal roles, notably as Project Manager at the National Information Technology Development Agency, where she is promoting IT skill development and advancing digital literacy initiatives and also primarily responsible for Data Collection and Data Analysis. Another noteworthy period was with the National Identity Management Commission, where, as a Storage Administrator, she was instrumental in assuring the smooth operation and availability of critical business systems.
